The Studentenwerk Dresden, together with the HTW Dresden and the TU Dresden, has signed a cooperation agreement with the Allgemeiner Deutscher Hochschulsportverband e.V. and the Olympiastützpunkt Sachsen e.V..

This agreement is intended to establish even better support for top student athletes.

The Studentenwerk Dresden supports as a "Partner of top-class sport" with

  • special individual counselling for top student athletes on topics such as student financing, social counselling, etc.
  • Provision of a quota of places in halls of residence for top student athletes
  • Ensuring that top student athletes receive meals that meet their needs
