What can I do if I do not feel comfortable in my room after having moved in?
If you are not happy with your room and your contract is longer than 12 months, it is possible for you to submit a moving application to a different room/residence hall after one month of living in this room.(For contracts starting in August and September, this is possible from November 1st only.)
